KPI Appointments
Please note: With the exception of mothers with infant clients, third persons are not allowed to observe ANSSR treatments, as observers can cancel potential benefits. Family or friends are welcome to accompany the client to the appointment, but should be prepared to explore the area or wait outside the treatment room.
Payment
Unless otherwise arranged, the fee for all ANSSR treatments is $300. Full payment is due at the time of service, by credit/debit card or cash. Secure payments are made through Square. If a healing response is achieved in less than 25 minutes—as is often the case with chronic knee or ankle pain—the fee will be $150. Clients pay for an effect, not a period of time.
Scheduling Procedure
All visits are by appointment only. To schedule an appointment at KPI, complete and send the online application form, which doubles as an intake form. Click below for the online fillable form. After your application is reviewed, you will be notified as to your candidacy. If you appear to be a candidate for ANSSR therapy, you will receive an email with a link to the self-scheduling page. KPI recommends that you schedule two visits at once, either one or two weeks apart, so as to exploit the momentum gained from the first treatment and to ensure that you receive a second treatment within a short period when time slots may be limited. If deemed unnecessary, the second visit can be easily canceled online.
Migraine sufferers: First, send the application form. Please include history of head or spine injuries, psychotropic medication, frequency of migraines, age of onset, and any related symptoms. If you appear to be a candidate for ANSSR therapy, you will receive instructions for short-notice scheduling (via phone, text, or email). Some appointments may be made available outside normal business hours. For migraines not caused by injury, the client must arrive for therapy with a migraine in progress or pre-migraine symptoms. Clients with migraines caused by an old injury need not arrive for therapy with symptoms in progress, as these are technically injury-related chronic symptoms.
Cancellation Policy
When scheduling, a credit card is required to hold the appointment for no-show protection. The full fee of $300 will be charged for no-shows or missed appointments. Online scheduling changes or cancellations must be made no less than 48 hours before the appointment.
Effective Therapy Guarantee
Due to the predictability of nervous system healing responses, KPI guarantees dramatic improvement. Clients who don't respond as expected are not candidates and will not be charged for service. KPI may determine before, during, or after treatment that a client is not a candidate for ANSSR therapy.
